Jet Boat Shotover River
Are you ready for high speed and 360 spins on white water? Go Jet Boating on the Shotover river from Queenstown. It is an experience you will never forget. The jetboat only needs a couple of inches of water. Hold on tight as the captain maneuvers the jet boat over rapids and through narrow canyons during one heart-pounding adventure.

Hike Ben Lomond
A little less adrenaline but still an amazing hike up Ben Lomond. You will need good hiking boots and a great physical condition. The Ben Lomond Track is a demanding climb and a full day’s hike with a 1,438m elevation gain. On clear days you will be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views.
You can start the uphill hike from downtown Queenstown at the water’s edge or you can hitch a ride on the gondola. You can buy your gondola tickets here.
Don’t forget the summit is your half-way point. So don’t linger and get down the mountain in time.
White Water Rafting
Are you one of those thrill seekers or daredevils? Yes! Go on a white water rafting tour in Queenstown and shoot the rapids. Although there are many great spots to go water rafting in New Zealand, rafting on the Shotover River is an great choice.
Under the supervision of a guide, you’ll brave the wild rapids, raft through the Oxenbridge Tunnel, and drop into the Cascade Rapid.
